After/outside hours service call out incur a $50 surcharge in addition to standard area  rates.

This call out charge covers us to come to you and assess and attempt to diagnose your vehicle within a suitable time frame.

Please understand that some vehicle issues are not simple to diagnose and will require extended test to be carried out, if it comes to us needing more detailed diagnostic procedures they will be charged accordingly, before we proced with any thing out of the usual call out charge. We will gain authorisation first before proceeding.
